Claim To Fame:

I was featured in a stage play called "Raisin in the Sun" I had a lead role as "Mama/Lena". It was very special because it was the first african american stage play at the college and I was featured in it with a lead role. After that play, I would be at church or at the supermarket and people would say... "Were you in a play?" or ... "Did you play an old lady in a play?" After I would say "yes", they would always say how well I did and I am proud that I had the opportunity to be in that play.

Most Memorable Moment:

Graduation was my most memorble moment. At first, I wasn't going to walk but I forgot how fun it was. I waited for my name to be called and I walked across the stage and at that moment I had realized that I had made a big accomplishment for the women in my family. I remember seeing my mom's face and she had the biggest smile. She was so proud of me. Seeing her face gave me an unexplainable emotion. I guess that day is a factor to help me excel as high as I can.
