Sakinah Ali-Sabree, the executive director of Sankofa Consulting Group {SCG}, where she facilitates various groups and workshops for young people in areas such as anger management, grief, and communications, as well as relationship workshops for adults. She is also the co-owner of Sweet Spot Dessert Z. Sakinah Sabree is an honors undergraduate of Lincoln University and received her MA in psychology from Hampton University. She is also a very talented writer, published author, astute conference and workshop facilitator, radio talk show co-host, certified Zumba instructor and was the Director of Guidance and Counseling at a local high school. Sakinah Sabree serves as the innovative Operations Manager, the energetic coordinator of Know Thy Self Youth Day for the Annual International Locks Conference: Natural Hair, Wholistic Health and Beauty Expo in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Omega Omega Chapter. Presently she is in pursuit of her degree in culinary arts: pastry and working on her second book
