I'm 46 years of age and this is my first time ever attending college. I've had jobs that reimbursed for education but I did not take advantage of it. Now, with the economy the way it is, I know I MUST further my education for myself and my children.

What is my overall goals toward education/degree

I'm currently attending Saint Leo Univ./Atlanta to obtain my bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. I'm also seeking employment part or full time. Single mom

Activities & Accomplishments:

I was in the Glee Club and Child Development.

Best Memories:

My senior year was my best year of high school. Though I had a baby in my senior year I still graduated on time with my class. Proms, senior trips/picnics and walking down the aisle with all odds against me, I did it. Mr. Robinson, Asst. Prin., made sure I had a home bound teacher for the six weeks I was out after having my baby. He told me personally that he knew I was capable of succeeding.

I currently work with H & R Block as Seasonal Tax Associate
I have 8 years of experience working in the Law Enforcement, and Security industry.
