The Safety Scholars Video Contest is open to students aged 16 to 21 in the U.S. and Canada who are enrolled as full - time students in an accredited secondary, college level, or trade school. You must submit an original 25 or 55 second video on one or more issues or topics relating to automobile safety. The video should convey effective ways to improve driver safety for drivers ages 16 through 21.
