The Optimist International Oratorical Contest is open to students under the age of 19 as of December 31, 2010. To be considered for this award, you must prepare a 4 to 5 minute speech on the topic, "If I Were Leader of the Free World, the First Issue I Would Address Would be ... " to be presented at your local Optimist Club's contest.
