The Negative Population Growth Photography Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores and juniors. You must submit an original photo of a threatened environmental treasure that you believe is worth protecting along with an explanation of 40 to 50 words of how population growth has put this treasure at risk. You must also be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this award.
