| The Negative Population Growth Photography Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores and juniors. You must submit an original photo with a 40 to 50 word description, that shows a threatened environmental treasure in the U.S. that you believe is worth protecting. You must also be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this award. | |
