IES Abroad Study Abroad Aid is available to students who are attending an IES Abroad program. These 125+ programs in 30+ locations worldwide are open to any college/university students who want to study abroad for a semester, summer, or for a year. Aid awards range up to $5,000 (or higher in some cases), and once you apply for financial aid using the online application, IES Abroad uses your 500-word personal statement, financial need (including your current financial aid situation), and academic merit to match you to the right need-based aid, scholarship, or donor-funded aid opportunity. IES Abroad also offers diversity scholarships for underrepresented students as the not-for-profit organization believes that every student should study abroad—that is why they offer up to $3 million in scholarships and aid each year. Apply for a scholarship today to study abroad on an IES Abroad program.
