me & my homegurl were jus' talkin' about elementary school & eventually we dipped off into Oregon Trail...a HIGHLY addictive computer game from those dayz... she attended elementary school out here in NC....i attended it in California... yet we both not only remember the game, but we remember how obSESSED we were with it!! anywayz tho...i got to looking the game up online...info. about it & whatnot...& ran up on this... http://www.gamespot.com/gamespot/features/all/greatestgames/p-34.html IT'S A CONSPIRACY!!! WE WERE TRICKED!!!!! didn't even know we were being ed-juh-muh-kay-ted :?...but yeah, that game was the ****!

yeah... didn't you ever have social studies? they did have stuff about the oregon trail in the books.... i've read this site already :arrow:

Back in the day when I was young... I'm not a kid anymore... Oh yeah, I had that game figured out, always be the banker, and never try to cross the river because the wagon would sink and you lose more supplies than it cost to take the boat. 8) Holla!

Man I couldn't stand that game......the wagon always caught on fire, or your crew got sick, or the wagon wouldn't be able to cross the river..........to much to figure out at the age of 7. Now Number Munchers was the game!!!!!

Hotep, I played that Game During Lunch when I didn't get to go outside and play. Those where the days!!! The Apple Computer with the Floppy Disk! Prince... Oh how I wish I could be a KID AGAIN :cry:

hell yeah, Number Munchers was so damn addicting.... i always rushed to get my work done so i could play it

i actually have the original oregon trail installed on here (it's my sisters) and you made me actually play it again today...still good at it...in 5th grade I had the all time High score of 8000 which no one was able to beat...I also had the high score in Wheel of Fortune ...i was a nerd

Naw, the **** was ...Where in the World is Carmen Sandiago... We still have the history, science and math games on our old pc in my lil' sister's room. The best of all time is AGE of EMPIRES (original version)...yep, Ima nerd.
