What do you have to do to get a merit scholarship at hampton? Is it a automatic thing if you turn in your fasfa on time? How much is it? Please Hamptonians help a sista out?

The amount varies by how high your GPA is, but its anywhere from 1000 to 5000

Do they go by the order that they receive your fasfa or how much your EFC is?

The merit scholarship has nothing to do with your EFC, It's just your MERIT!!!

It is automatic, if your FAFSA is in an PROCESSED by March 1st. (I think) Don't quote me on that date, but if your GPA is 3.0 or higher you get money. The higher your GPA the more money, depending on funds available for the year.
