Ok I thought this would be a good idea for a sticky, because it always seems to come up.
Many people on this site have some sort of spirituality in them. We usually come on here asking for prayer when life has us down in the dumps.
So I was thinking why not have a thread/sticky in which people could post their problems, or maybe not your problems or situations but just say that you need prayer at this exact moment.
I'll start out first by saying that it's been a lot going on in my life right now in which I've been confused, hurt, and tired. I think prayer works in numbers so Im asking all of HBCU to pray for me as I continue on through my freshman year of college
People who I'm praying for...
Kool, Kaye, Ashley(JadeKiss), Kenya, Shoya, and the girl who said she had to go home because of family problems.
If this isnt a good idea just let me know. I just thought about how a lot of people have been going through and it would be nice if we kept them all in our prayers. Just like at my church we have a prayer list. I guess this could be the HBCU prayer list...
sounds like a plan to me....
if we can "sticky" all of these other threads up here, this could certainly be one....because there will never be an expiration date to people having problems nor to anyone needing prayer....
so as i have said before in everyone's various threads about what's going on in their lives....i just hope everyone keeps on keepin' on....stay up, keep believing in and having faith in God, and He'll come through....
and also make sure you pray and praise him even when you ain't goin' through it...He's solely responsible for the happiness, joy, and positives in ya life as well!
Yea...a prayer list...
I'll be tha first one to say a prayer for everyone, including myself...that I make it home safely tommorrow and that God will give me tha COURAGE and STRENGTH to make it through this difficult time
and also I am praying for every one that is having problems as well...that God will help and send His peace to be of comfort...
but even if you aint got problems...I am STILL praying for you...

I ask everyone who reads this to take a moment and join me in a simple prayer, because there is not one of us who doesn't need God's blessing in our life.
Father God, we take a moment from this day to recognize your greatness and mercy in allowing us to reach this point in our lives. We lift up your name as we strive to be more perfect in your eyes. Lord God, we realize that the enemy is trying to infiltrate every aspect of our existence, and rob us of our health, finance, family, happiness, and most of all, our connection to you. Bless us with the strength and wisdom to continue our walk with you despite the storm. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
