For me it's home, cuz the room is free and so is the food. All you gotta do is find some entertainment, not to mention that it's close to South Padre Island.
As some of you may know Arizona hosts one of the top party schools; ASU. I know people in AZ go down to lake Havesu (or however it's spelled, I'm not an English teacher). A lota goin' on!!!
I would always go to the islands like Puerto Rico, Jamaica, or St. Thomas. A lot of people go to Mexico or Miami. Isn't there a black college spring break type thing in Daytona Beach? For some reason I want to go to Turks and Caicos.
