I'm trying to get in shape and build up some muscles and since money and time has been kind oof tight lately, I can't go to the gym. So are there any exercises I can do at home that can build up my chest muscle, arms, abs, and legs?

Ty sum push ups, tricep pushups, crunches, calf raises, lift ur leg to 90degrees n hold it... sum of that should help
