How can anyone be that cruel to another human being. I will never understand. Them dudes is going to hell with gasoline draws on. Like peeps said before, call the police and let 'em get hold of the tape.

She really should have went to the cops and the hospital, cus if they got rid of that tape your friend no longer has a case and those guys can jus do the same thing to another .
Hmmm, sounds kind of fishy to me. I mean, she hasn't gone to the police, her boyfriend hasn't gone to the police....now if my girl tell me she was ****, I don't care what she say, I am going to the police

I know that if it happened to me then I would go to the hospital and the police but after something like that happens sometimes it is hard for someone to go do the right thing and go to the police and hospital because they feel ashamed, like its their fault, so many mixed emotions and they have just been through such a traumatic experience. Now these guys are so wrong I can't even explain it and they need to face the consequences for their actions but you need evidence first. And that is unfortunate that she didnt go to the hospital and if they destroyed the tape then justice wont be served and that is sad. And her prior history with the guy may hurt her too but hey I hope all goes well with this and remember what goes around comes around. Stay positive, stay safe, and God Bless

Surely anyone else in the class would have made a better study partner than an old jumpoff.
I hate that this happened to the young lady, but the attorney for the guys is simply going to bring up the previous relationship. And with her not going to the hospital, to be ****-kit tested, she may have **** her own case.
I don't condemn any woman who goes through such a traumatic experience, but just like Mike Tyson; WHY DID SHE GO TO HIS ROOM.
It's her words against theirs, and a skilled attorney will probably cause her so much distress, she'll drop whatever charges she has against them.
