I'm askin yall this cause gettin my answer from the financial aid office soon ain't lookin too promising. I just got my financial aid award and it's about two loans there. What I wanna know is this. I been applyin for alot of external scholarships and so far have earned $1000. How would I be able to get as the loans from my financial aid, but have the amounts lowered because of scholarship money?

How would I be able to get as the loans from my financial aid, but have the amounts lowered because of scholarship money? huh?? not sure of question...but are you asking how to lower the loan amounts because of your scholarship??...if so thats the easiest thing to do...but just call them and say, hey i got 1000 dollars could you lower my loan...pretty easy process they can do it over the phone....

^^you have received your award in the mail right? so yea, you can accept/deny/change any part of the award. Just write it on the form that they sent you and mail it in. But also make sure you call, so that you can confirm that they change it.
