I am so sick and tired of Lincoln University students (LU in PA) claiming that they are the first hbcu! Cheyney University was America's Oldest Institution for the Higher Education of African Americas, est. 1837. Get It? Got It? Good! Just had to rep real quick. CU M*HF*CC********Z!

First off, the name is Cheyney, spelled C-H-E-Y-N-E-Y. Cheney spelled C-H-E-N-E-Y is the last name of the US Vice President.
And yes, the Cheyney Football team ****, but if i remember correctly, this thread wasn't about football teams was it?...
