First off, I could barely understand what was going on in your explanation of the events because of the typos, but we all do it so its cool.
Were you cheating? No. You said yourself nothing happened. But if you feel like something could happen then you should proceed with caution and be straight up with your boyfriend.If you can't even think of nice things to say bout your man, thats a sure enough sign ya'll aint supposed to be together. End it, be done.
Did you lead old boy on? Yeah, I think so. By getting so close to him and with him already knowing ya'll were having problems and on the verge of breaking up you kind of invited it and encouraged his feelings.
Over all, I think you need to be straight up with your boyfriend and let him know whats up. But personally, I wouldnt go for the friend even though ya'll are cool. That would be just a tad bit trifling.

Ok now I will say that even though nothing physical happened, you shouldn't have been all up on the boy like that. Nothing may not have happened, but there still seems to be a mental and emotional connection, which to some people can pbe just the sme as cheating. I will also say that you and your boyfriend need to talk. At this point it just seems as if both of you are wasting each other's time. Me personally I wouldn't mess with the friend though. I will cause unneeeded drama, and it can be a lil trife too.

If you with someone and you aint happy then Why are you continuously waisting your time and theirs? even if it is putting a label on it and calling him your boyfriend and him calling you his girlfriend not grant it the man is out here doing for himself working providing for himself... give him the benefit of the doubt and if you want to be down with him then sit him down and talk TELL HIM TO MAKE TIME AND YOU MAKE TIME.. if there is no central agreement then its time for both of you to move on.
