What do you consider to be the difference between arrogance and confidence?

I believe the difference between arrogance and confidence is, one (arrogance): knowing you're the ****and letting everybody and their mama know two (confidence): knowing you're the shyt, but treating your talent/gift with humility

arrogance when you feel that you are superior over somebody because of your ability or status... confidence is more so just being self-assured

I feel that Confidence is when ur so sure with urself that you know your all that and modest with it and furthermore dont have to put anyone down to feel better about yourself Arrogance is when your stuck on yourself but truly insecure because you compare what you have to others showing that your not really happy until you feel better than someone.

wow...everyone has such great definitions... i like that you included the "don't have to put others down" for the confidence definiton....and "put others down to feel more secure" for the arrogance definition....VERY KEY!
