So I am transfering to Howard this fall. Unfortunately I did not get on campus hosing. I will be a second semester sophomore and was wondering if anybody needed a roommate on campus? Let me know whats good. I am seriously in need, the towers got a waiting list and to live in the city is expensive as hell. So seriously get at me if you can help

If you don't have housing right now, once you get to campus, make sure you meet people in Housing and also at the dorms. You want to make sure you get somebody on your side by the end of the first couple of weeks when they start purging people and putting them out of housing for their finances not being in order. Then you can swoop in and get a room.

Listen to me carefully: there is housing. I hate that Howard does this but it does- Dorms are never filled to capacity. I remember my freshman year I lived in the Quad and there were vacancies in a bunch of different placed to the point where people would switch roomates at whim. Try Meridian or Cook, there are always vacancies their that are left when exchange students leave. With Howard you really need to stay on them. I went down to Howard every day for 2 weeks in the summer and sat in the housing office from open to close in order to get housing this year. I wish someone's parents would pull rank and **** the hell out of the housing office because they really play games.
