if i like a guy, i'll usually reciprocate the staring for a lil while... but i'm still old fashioned and won't make the first move. so usually, if the staring stuff goes on for too long, i just lose interest.
if i'm not interested in the guy, then staring makes me belligerent. LoL

I hate to be stared at. Like really, really, REALLY hate to be stared at. I feel that if you want to say something, be a man and say it, otherwise, stop looking at me cuz it's a waste of time and what may be a good opportunity.
i guess girls feel differently about guys staring, so keep getting feedback.
but for me personally, what a girl thinks, depends on how secure or insecure she is.
i just have 0% confidence. When i see guys staring at me, I always assume I look like someone they know, or i have something on my face, or I just look behind me to see if they are staring at someone else around me.
I also look away quickly and just pretend i don't feel the stare. I think I'm being helpful when I do this but sometimes I just miss out on possible friendships.
I may be a tad bit late.. but man.. Make the eye to eye contact one time... and then just take a deep breth and talk to her... If she says no, that's fine.. Plenty of other women you can talk to and take out sometime. But if you act like a gentlemen and speak clearly and like you have an education, you'll be fine...
The staring thing can be cute at first b/c it shows interest, but after a while it just gets annoying. So if you are trying to talk to her then just do it already. Why waste so much time staring at each other.
