Are athletes overpaid (is it our fault )

are atheletes overpaid and is it our fault because we whine about the lofty salaries but we still continue to pay the absurd ticket prices that the owners demand to pay the athletes salary . Maybe if less people attended these live sport events, somebody might get the message

yes they are overpaid but the american people LOVED to be entertained nothing really wrong with that but when u got nba players making more than teachers and doctors it does make u go hmmmmm

Athletes are grossly overpaid. But, so are actors and other entertainment figures. The more we spend on the entertainment business, the more money these people get. It's ridiculous that a rapper can have a huge mansion and a lot full of cars, but some of our teachers and other public servants are barely making ends meet.
