I don't think that it has anything to do with the skin tone...I also wouldn't say that dark skinned ladies went anywhere in the first place...its all in personal preferences...

****@ all the darkskinned people saying Darkskin was never out...or they never heard anyone diss darkskined girls..yea right Sorry bruh, darkskin aint back yet, dont think it's coming back, even African's are lightskinned...darkskin aint been in since Slavemasters started bangin they property and making mixed babies...they then drilled it in our heads that darkies were inferior to lightskinned people by seperating us and giving lightskinned people more priviledges...it ****, I know..but it's life.. Next thing you guys will be saying jewelry and fashion were never in style..(which is also another result of slavery)...anywho..I like brownskin and lighter.......I've dated darkskin before, but I never saw myself marrying one..

i didn't know there was a style for the various beautiful skin colors of black folk... SO... who makes these decisions on what skin color is "in style" this season? OH yea CJ the Hustla.. I've been "dissed" my whole life for the darkness of my skin. So i wouldn't say that Darkerskin sistas were out of style i would just say society and BLACK people don't recognize and admire the beauty of our skin complextion because of the hatred of their own.
