Everyone has a reason why they wear what they wear, so who do you dress for?
For the haters/other ladies?
For the fellas?
For yourself?
Do you find yourself having to spend outside of your means to keep yourself up? (ie. I shouldn't use my card on these shoes, but I GOTTA have em for the party this weekend!!)
Speak up ladies!
I-ight, since there were no responses to the other question, try the new one.

Well...the easiest answer would be to say "i rock what i wear for me", and yes..to a certain extent we all do. But lets be real, male or female, nothing that we do in live is solely JUST for us. Society, as well as our environment, has an affect on everything that we think, say, feel, and yes...even wear.
With that said, I do consider myself to be someone who has a somewhat eccentric sense of style. I'm not big on labels, but if I like the make, feel, quality, and look of something...i'm going to be drawn to it. To be honest, I've found some of my most flyest pieces in a thrift store. It's all about what you feel most comfortable in and what style is a true reflection of you. And whether we want to admit it or not, it's for the haters, it's for the admirers, it's for us, it's for men, it's for women...it's for the world. Our fashion sense is just an extension of ourselves.

Why waste my time trying to stay twenty steps ahead of the next femaleAs soon as you do get those new Jordans/Coach's/Nine West, a new pair comes out and your whole outfit is yesterday's news. Unless your stuff is 100% custom made [which it proabably isn't] someone else will always have the same thing as you. It happens to the best of us....yes even celebrities. See exhibits A, B, and C.
Exhibit A: Miss Universe [Riyo Mori] & Oprah have on the same Gucci dress
Exhibit B: Julie Bowen & Christina Milian rockin the same dress
Exhibit C: Beyonce & Lindsey Lohan have on the same vest
