You'd be better off getting a degree in Business, then getting your master's degree in sports management. But if you're really headstrong about getting a bachelors degree in sports management and you want to go to an HBCU then:

Hampton University
Livingstone University
Winston-Salem State University
Are your choices. What are you looking for in a school? That would help a lot more than just asking a vague question like where you should go. How big of a school do u want to go to, how much tuition are you interested in paying, what type of setting are you looking for campus-wise, what type of setting town-wise etc etc.
