Hi my name is cynthia v. and I work for every child matters in nevada we are a 502 c 3 nonpartisan, non-profit organization that focuses on children’s issues. We bring about forums for presidential candidates to speak about children issues whether it is healthcare, education, and/or poverty. I feel strongly about education for the upcoming children of America and I believe that whether it is Republicans/Democrats, Black/White, Poor/Rich we can come to a consensus and agree on that children are important for the future. I believe that whoever takes office this upcoming election can make drastic changes for our children and the failing system that continue to fail our children. I am a senior at UNLV I am expecting to graduate this upcoming December in Political Science. Politics touches every ones life whether it’s driving, working, or going to school. This is one of the main reasons why I choose this particular major as oppose to other majors…………Besides work and school I like to have fun like going to concerts and travelling. I love to listen to all types of music…………Since, I live in Las Vegas I get to have a little bit more fun than others hehehe....

I like what you are saying about the children. Children are important. They're not just the children of the future, but they're the children of today. If we don't take care of them and train them up correctly now, than there wont be a future for them. This world is getting bad, but it's suppose to. In the bible it talks about the last days and how people will become lovers of themselves. Never have I seen a time where there are so many selfish people. I admire what you are trying to do. I hope that you continue to fight the good fight and don't give up, even when it seems like the odds are against you. Just remember what you are doing it for!!!
