but im like scared that i wont get in!
so whats the lost you could have as a GPA?
and what else do i need so that i could get a better chance to get in?
oh yeah and what are the requirements for cheerleading?
I'd suggest looking on the website for GPA and things of that nature, but the average GPA as of 2006 was 3.2 unweighted. Obviously this will vary, so I'd say strive for at least a 3.0
The Howard Forums have lots of info about campus activities like cheerleading so I'd visit the Forum for try out and qualification information.
Hope this helps

Evy08 is trying to take my job, lol
Howard University requires a 2.5 GPA or better and I would strive for a 3.0 if I were you. Browse the forum and other threads for answers to similar questions. Good luck!
Well right now my GPA is not great (2.75), but I have a lot of volunteer work and extracurricular activities if that counts
Well, the early action deadline is November 1 and the regular application deadline is February 1 (I think but not sure).
I would suggest you take this semester to get your GPA up and then apply in early January.

Either you are a true Howard girl, or I have written such eloquent responses in the past that you just naturally picked up on them.
I hope it's the latter....I like to think I'm partially responsible for other people's good work
It's probably a bit of both Truth I can honestly say that Howard is my one and only choice for post-secondary education. Of course I won't be naive and put all my eggs in one basket.....but no one else comes close to Howard in my eyes I'm such an HU groupie lol
