OKay So I just have a quick question.... I have been thinking about going away to college for a long time and now that its almost about that time, I'm a lil scared! So I wanted to know ****Would Anyone Reccommend Staying In-State With My friends and the people I know( ) or going Out Of State To An HBCU Totally alone( )? Would People really be "that" open to new people?**** Thanx

Im going off to Hampton in 2 months. I don't know a soul there. I'm pretty sure everbody doesn't know each other. You just gotta enhance your people skills. Because after college, your going to pursue your career and you probably won't know anybody at the job. I say meet new people and change the scenery.

If you stay in state to go to college at least go to a college in another city within your state. Other than that, I recommend everyone go away to school....it forces you to grow up and become independent.
