should I apply undergraduate or graduate to Howard...which do you think is best and which are you applying...

you only apply as a graduate to somewhere when you already graduated from college, right??

I think she means..should she go to another school for undergraduate ..then go to Howard for graduate school...or should she go to Howard for her undergraduate then go to different graduate school...

Undergrad should be done at an HBCU and graduate school at a PWC....thats just my personal opinion, though...

thats what my momma told me to do LOL even though I have considered Howard for both undergrad and grad

Personally.... I feel as if the HBCU "experience" is a bit overrated. I love my people and all.. . at times things can get a little disheartening (ie. HBCU lacking adequate facilities, lack of dedication from students, lack of proper funding, etc). I feel you should do what you feel comfortable doing. I'm glad I'm at Howard now... but I'm not crazy in love or anything. A PWI may provide better resources and facilities and offer a better name recognition, but you may get lost in the crowd or characterized as the "token black student"
