I cannot believe i gained 15 lbs my freshman year, when i first stepped onto campus i was a good size and it's weird because I would only eat like one meal a day... Now that my weight gain has become a reality I have been going to the gym faithfully every morning but it seems as if all the junk food is on sale now that I have attempted to shed the freshman 15. How many of ya'll can relate

LOL, girl I DO understand where you're coming from. It was like I gained the freshman 25-30 cuz NONE of my clothes fit worth a damn, I had buy all new clothes. Luckily for me I became the queen of Tae Bo and weight watchers and I got those 30 off with tha quickness. Good luck to you on you weight loss journey cuz it's a hell of a lot easier to put it on that it is to take it off, please believe!

Freshman 15+ is no joke. If you look at my photo album you can tell. The problem is most of us aren't use to eating 2-3 whole meals a day. I went to college weighing somewhere around 155...when I left freshman year I was pushing 160...my muscle had turned to fat so it was a big deal being that I went from solid to slightly flabby. Well after I got home winter break and just felt uncomfortable in all my clothes I decided it was time for a change. One of my friends and I started going to the gym and working out on the machines for 30 min and doing some weight lifting. I noticed a big difference. This year I kept the weight off because half of my friends hated going to the cafe and I never felt like walking over there from my new dorm. I was 147 when I got home at the end of this year. Now I go to Run-N-Shoot...a local gym and take classes everyday. I went back up to 154 (well maybe 152...I'm bloated right now..special times  ) because I have food readily available at home...but I'm starting to work that off now that I go to the gym on the regular.
