What do I have to do to get my piX on the site ?

Okai this is my problem... I downloaded my piX on my computer and I sent them to my e-mail address but I heard you have to have a site that uploads piX in order to get your piX on the site.. How do you get your piCture on the site ? .. Do you know where I can find a site that uploads piX ???
