I was listening to Fat Joe's new song Lean Back and he used the "N" word numerous times in that song. As far as I know Fat Joe isn't Black, but nobody seems to mind him saying it. How do you guys feel? Should Eminem be able to use to "N" word. Should anybody from another race be able to use it.

well Fat Joe has been around for a while... i guess it's all in the surroundings... what you grew up in and where you livin... like if you stuck a white guy in a 70% black school, and most of his friends are black.. and he says that b/c everyone else does... it's not a problem... i put that scenarion b/c my best friend since 9th grade is white... but he's been around us for so long it doesn't matter.... and it carried over to T... nobody gave him a hard time... so it's all in how things are brought up... and in Fat Joe's case it's the surroundings that may lead to people of other races using the N word...
at first i was surprised to hear my friend use that word, but it grew on me... so that's like the only person of another race i don't mind hearing it come from... i guess anyone else, it'd be too surprising, and it would also depend on how that person used it... personally everyone (including black people) need to ease off the word a lil bit... it's too controversial
The 'N' word has nothing to do with a race.Is there some kind of a rule that says only black people can say it???I prefer not to use the word but If someone else wants to , there is nothing I can do about it besides express my feeling about it.
I dont think its that big of a deal when Fat Joe says it because, a lot of times you see him as a black rapper... Even though he aint black he gets that respect since he's latino... Eminem on the other hand gets a lot of respect and is one of the most talented rappers out there but, you still him as a white rapper... He's cool wit the black community, but he still white... thats why it might seem strange hearin him say "the n word"...

Humming... N-I-G-G-A-R... the Niggar family!!!
No seriously...
I am not upset at Fat Joe for doing it because it is reflective of a larger trend.
I do, however, think that we should stop using that terminology to refer to ourselves, and those who look like us. Holla!
