Who wants to be an HBCU Cheerleader???? Posted on 05-07-2005

Ms.WSSU09'
charlotte, NC
I plan to cheer for WSSU in the fall. I think that they are the best in the CIAA and they just don't have anyone on Varsity because they have a JV team as well. Though it also gives those of us who need a little cheering maturing to get that before being on Varsity. I have been cheering for 12 yrs. Both sideline and competition. Though in high school we weren't to "BLACK" until my senior year and thats when the squad was led by black girls and we got a little soul and now i can't wait to do my thing at WSSU. so rep your school and how long you have been doing your thing and what type of cheerleading you have been into!

/o/ i haVe wanted to do Cheerleading for a very long time but I dont think it is meant for me because every time I get ready to try out something happens ... In junior high I was too scarred to try out lol and in High school I got a job my sophmore year at the hospital and I work everday after school until 5 so I dont have the time but I would like to do it eventually maybe in college but I dont think I can do that =/ so I guess its not meant to be for me but it has always been something I have wanted to do :-) GOod luCk at WSSU gurlie ![/code]

I've been cheering ever since I started High School. I'll post pics later. But I love cheering especially getting in front of a crowd. Being a boy and cheering really got heads turning at Crenshaw. That + performing= priceless.

Howard. And I dont diss everybody on here. I like that girl who has the picture of the girl with the afro on her av and Dachosen1. He's pretty cool. There are others I would like too. There's just a lot of jerks too.

I'm not dissing you, per se, it's just how I remembered you and I couldn't believe it so I used as many details as I could remember.
