The annex used to be coed, but then too many pregnancies occurred and also, too many vandalisms.. you have to remember that it was built in '92, so at the time, it was new.... three. they've stopped production on that dorm, to the best of my knowledge.m however, it was supposed to be female or coed, not not a dude's dorm. It was supposed to be the new bethune Hall.. After all, you can't have an annex w/o an actual hall.... they have a model of it in the annex foyer/lobby.. you should check it out.. it has a nice design..
