No, the upperclassmen are not mean. There is a Meet Your Pal night sponsored by the Campus Pals where all the freshmen come on the Yard to mix and mingle, but thats it.
urgent answer b4 da 27 lol im doing dual enrollment college & highschool at the same time im just wondering does howard take them for face value or do they just bump it down to an elective? let me no so i dont load myself up on courses gracias

Iight, so after learning about the swimming class that I'll be required to take if I get into the College of Arts/Sciences, I just wanted to know how many hours I'd get for taking the class?
I'm sooo not looking forward to the swimming requirement for College of Arts& Sciences...Anyone here took the class? how was it? were you really expected to learn how to swim..I'm kinda scared of water and don't see that happening but I really don't want to fail...
