I was accepted to my dream school, Fisk University about two weeks ago. I am very excited because I worked very hard to get my a** in this school. Now I need help from my fellow Fiskites to let me know what I should expect from Fisk my freshmen year and the years to come. 8) :lol:

You must be talking about the Que's Walmart Run every 2nd and 4th Saturday. I hope they do that for ya'll too...we only had it 2nd semester, so maybe it will be for an entire year this time around.

Yes, I hope they do as well. I remember reading something when you was talking about this group that you belonged to called Y.E.S can you tell me about that. I may be interested in joining that we I come on campus. :lol:
I personally wasn't apart of Y.E.S Ministries, but I know some people that were. I didn't really get into campus ministries at all...I don't really know why. I was more focused on my church in Nashville and Black Mass Gospel Choir. I can ask my friends about YES though.
Y.E.S. is a great ministry, but unfortunately i wasn't able to commit to it during the second semester because of basketball and choir . What I do know is that it consists of a group of students interested in learning more about the Word and spreading it on campus. They meet once a week for bible study and fellowship. There are also other christian ministries on campus. I will try to get some more information in the next few weeks.
