In Atlanta, Mike Vick isn't going anywhere, especially with close to $20 million as a cap hit if he were to be gone, but the Falcons must figure out how to maximize Vick's skills and get back into the playoffs. My advice is stop trying to make him something he is not, and tell him to run for 100 yards a game and throw for 150 yards. He may not last more than a few years in the league, but the Falcons will win more games while they get Schaub ready to play.

I don't know about anyone else, but I kinda took offense (for Vick) from those comments. Kirwan was totally out of line for that one. Disrespect is all that i can say...

Yeah, I've come to expect any and everything from sports columnists when it comes to opinions on Vick. If you think thats bad, you should go to the message boards on atlantafalcons.com and read what some of the people there have to say. Even during the Probowl, as soon as Vick came into the game, the first thing that came out of Joe Theismann's mouth was about all the criticism surrounding Vick. Watching him play and listening to the commentators, I got the feeling that they critique him more than any other player in the league. Its aight tho, cuz if he comes out next season and proves that he can indeed be an accurate passer, that will shut everyone up.

what was the score on the pro bowl? :???: 8-)
23-17 NFC did ya'll see Larry Fitzgerald go get that ball when Mike Vick tossed it up in the air man I can't wait until next season! That was sweet!!
Yea, pretty strong arm to be able to fling the ball up in the air that high and that far while falling. But me and you already knew that :-D . I just knew that Deltha O'Neal was gonna pick it off, but Fitz seriously got UP for that one. Vick betta not ever make a throw like that in a real game unless the receiver is wide open and I mean they better be WIDE OPEN ON AN ISLAND DOIN THE HULA DANCE.
Anyway, now that its officially the offseason, what are you guys gonna do? Luckily, NASCAR season is just starting up so I'll have something to keep me interested until football season starts back this fall. Any predictions on where the big-name free agents end up at (Edgerrin James, Shaun Alexander, etc . . .)?
