They are a social club. A group of black men who are service oriented. Its not a fraternity... but it is fraternal-like. I dont really know much about the organization, which is kinda bad considering i have friends who are members.

There based on the principles of community service, and brotherhood....the only chance you have to get in is 1st semester freshamn year, and it's actually a good way to get yourself involved in howard....a lot of the memebers in G.O.D. are in many other organizations, and getting in will help you jumpstart your connects list and also let you see first hanad what pleding and college life are all about
