Um... The **** Wall...?

So... i've been seeing a recurring term on the facebook pages of my friends who go to howard... it seems that one of my facebook friends tends to frequent a particular place known only as "The **** Wall" I think its hilarious... but i would like to know what it is exactly... it doesnt sound like a place i wanna be seen... but somebody... enlighten me...

is this what it's known as at the school for the students? i mean, i'm going on my recruiting trip for tennis is novemebr, so if i brang it up to my friends there will they know about it? i'm gonna text them right now! xD
