Okay I applied to Clark Atlanta Univ. like a month ago and I still haven't gotten a response. I check the mail faithfully everyday i REALLY REALLY want to go lol...can anyone tell me how long does it take to get a response back???

wow...Clark isn't that generous with money sorry ta say. I don't think that will change anytime soon either because they just laid off 100 staff members so yeah. I remember when I was in your shoes man..I was stuck on going to FAM and getting that cheap **** in-state tuition or going to Clark and lets just say I think I made the right choice because I freakin`L O V E the AUC man....I love Atlanta as a whole!!! my momma didn't want me going to Clark at first because they weren't to generous with money and that high **** tuition aint no joke!
I got my accpetance email today ...Im stoked...it was a congratulations email and it advised the next steps and also said Ill get the admissions package in the mail within a few days..I am so excited.
Now to figure out how to pay for it....

ADVICE ON DORMS!!!
Ware Hall-from what I know...the young men in this hall have a really tight bond...and plus they be killin`it at the step show!!!
Beckwith- it's not actually on the main campus where classes are held..but it's only like a block away though!!(co-ed)
The CAU Suites- this is where I reside!!! and it depends what room occupancy you choose it could 3 0r 4 of yall in one room and yall all share one bathroom and your allowed to have a mini-fridge and a microwave.lol.
also...it's not that many freshmen in the Suites because it normally houses upper-classmen...but if you stay here you'll make a lot of upper-classmen friends...this could be good in some cases because they have cars!!.lol. (also co-ed)

well...Bumstead is cool but if you dont want the party to come home to you I wouldnt stay here because its right by where everything gets crackin`and it can be going on into the weee hours of the night
Pheiffer...is pretty cool from what I Know, I had a lot of friends in this dorm
Then you have Homles Hall and Merner Hall....to be quite honest I dont know to much about these two becuase they always seemed so low key..Idk, im pretty sure there's somebody on here besides me can fill you in on these halls

wow im kina tense.out of bout the 10 hbcus i applied to, i've only received any type of answers from 2 of them(accepted thank God).but calling usually gets me to voice mails.. especially at ncat!i know people like spelman i wont be hearin from for awhile but should i just keep callin the schools?and congrats to everyone once again
