I'm asked a lot if I have a boyfriends. I just tell people I am "talking to" someone. I describe that relationship as someone that ain't your man but you would trip if you saw him with somebody else. Someone you talk to on the phone almost everyday or someone you "fool around" with but he ain't necessarirly your man.
Talkin to :
means ya'll are just gettin to kno each other,
no commitment...which means u can talk to more than just him,
a step before dating
Boyfriend/Girlfriend: ya'll are one on one... which means that’s he’s off limits to any other female
Dating : another way to say he's mine....(for ya'll slow ones...it means don't mess wit him)

Talking to somebody is when you're gettin to know somebody with the intent of establishing a relationship (u can talk to more than 1 person at a tiem)
When you're going out with someone u talk on the phone, u go places together, and there is lots and lots of flirting (only go out with 1 person at a time, but still talk to other people)
When u move into the dating stage u have started to really like the person, there is no need for anymore flirting, u all are now becoming deeper friends, and u're probably only talking to 1 person on the side
The final stage of recieving the boyfriend/girlfriend title is when u cut off all other ties, u r exclusize, and u get to know the deeper side of your partner to achieve best friend status as well
whats the difference between talking to, going out with, dating, and boyfriend/girlfriend, and any others that i left out
It all means the same to me, except the boyfriend thing. Just be careful with the lady u choose because she might think that just because your dating and going out with each other, that youre boyfriend & girlfriend. Be sure to be clear on that. U dont want to have an emotional nut on your shoulders!!!
