I was just wondering whats your opinion about meeting people you meet online. I hear so much on TV and Read about how dangerous it is to meet people online and how people are getting **** and stuff, and I just wanted to know whats your opinion about it. I was thinking about situations when it seems to be ok like if meet them on here and ya'll are headed to the same college and ya'll meet up when you get there and stuff like that but how safe is it really? Then there are other places on the net like chat rooms and black planet where it might not be safe at all...ok so whats your opinion???

:arrow: My current boyfriend....my best friend had met him and I met his little sister....then we talked on the phone every now and again for a year before I finally met him. I was comfortable with him so he was in the area and I told him to stop past my house. We've been together for a year and some change
:arrow: A close by neighbor...the dude lives like 3 houses down from me...I thought that was funny. He was cool with one of my other neighbors so I just ended up seeing him outside one day
:arrow: This tall **** mo-fo...like 6'9". We went to Pentagon City on the metro. I had to do school shopping anyway so I told him to meet me there. He was lame so that was the first and last meeting.

Other than that I think I've outgrown meeting people on the internet...or atleast for the time being. Haven't ran into any people I'm interested in meeting lately.

:arrow: I met 3 of my exes online...2 on BP, 1 on HBCU...but with all three, we knew alot of the same people and I did some serious homework before I met them
I wouldn't mind meeting some more people online but I never do anything stupid like give out my address and I never meet them right away...
