the thing w/ Cheers is...truthfully...i haven't really watched it since I've gotten older....
but you know how some things u have a bad experience with when u're younger and it sticks 4 u 4ever?? "Cheers" is one of 'em 4 me...
i remember as a kid seein' this show on once or twice...& thinkin it was SOOO BORRRRING...but lookin back on it now...it's probably because i didn't understand the humor at the time...but STILL...seems like that "it is SOOO BORING" mindset will foreva stick with me...when it comes 2 that program...
same w/ "The Bodyguard"....everybody LOOOVED that movie....i thought it was SOOO boring, but i watched it as a child....& STILL haven't given the movie a chance since.....also "Waiting to Exhale"...'cept i've given that movie a chance countless times and i love tha movie more & more everytime i see it ...but u couldn't TELL me that movie was good as a child, lol
so leave me alone & let me hate "Cheers"...geez :evil:

...I feel what you're saying. Back in the day, I was too busy watching rasslin', scratchin my misquito bites, and jumpin' off the top of the couch to even know that Cheers was on TV. But i've outgrown the couch now, and since rasslin' **** to no end...I just watch Letterman/Cheers before I go to bed. Its a pretty good show.

I would destroy 65% of MTV's programmin (that includes TRL, Ths season's Real World, Faking the Video, Making the Video, and I would rework the hell out of Fraternity/Sorority Life, and Making the Band).

and oh yeah, if i had to pick a show, it would prolly be Dharma and Greg. Or half of these new lil white sitcoms that come on the WB now. I can't even tell ya the names of em, that's how much i pay attention to em. Oh wait, i think that country star Reba Macintire (sp?) is in one of em.
OH, and The OC...WTH? I'm from Cali and i know good and darn well Orange County is no where near as drama filled as that show makes it seem. Now if they really wanted drama, they shoulda had "The SC"...South Central that is...
