I know a couple of couples that broke up bcuz they just got TOO much of each otha.. Remember that absence makes the heart grow fonder... But not to much or else your mate might wander....

I can't speak for myself but I do know people who got into serious relationships here at Howard...some of those ended, others are being maintained...
As for those that come in with a boy/girlfriend already...sorry to inform you, but the vast majority of people that come in with a long-distance relationship end up splitting...and even couples that come to Howard together end up facing a lot of tension, because it's not like it was back home...a lot of added responsibility, pressure and new temptations abound...
well i met my boyfriend at howard (i was a freshman and he was a sophmore) and it just so happened that he lives down the block from me in nyc and i had never seen him in my life until i came to HU. but we do have a serious relationship and we are both very faithfull so yes it is possible.
