my homecoming diary: hehe gonna update this after every day i go somewhere, i was gonna have pictures but they are blurrY AS HEELLL, so we gotta check out my camera on that one :?
pageant was straight, the girl who won was beautiful, camille from ANTP and AJ judged the event, they didnt vote on talent cause ole girl did a horrible lip synching impression of tina turner....so it almost inspires me to try out next year as queen...and i didnt like the girl who came out with a fake afro wig trying to proclaim how black and how proud she was of her fro...biotch if you were proud ofyour supposed natural hair you wouldnt relaxed it!!!....it was just a tad offensive that she didnt feel comfortable wearing a fro with her evening gown but yet she wants to buffoon around in a wig, and 70s gear NOW PROCLAIMING her "downness" to try to win a competition, it was just fake as all hell....
so afterwards my friends didnt wanna go clubbing, bummer, but i was so wired to dance, that i was fidgeting, SO WE HAD to do something so we rode on the metro and were arguing LOUDLY about why "fixin to do something" isnt an actual phrase while whites were staring at us, and about :why im so country"...IM NOT COUNTRY , saw fight night, WHICH IS A GREAT MOVIE BY THE WAY!!, my girl got ghetto and almost beat up this highschool boy for throwing a penny on her FRESH HAIRDO, we got on the metro again, and it was ONLY US, and we proceeded to yell UP AND DOWN THE AISLES and do a stripper's pole dancing contest, ya know the poles on the train were perfect....but then like there was a guy sitting in the back behind the tainted windows, which was a tad embarrassing...and he was cute, damnnnnitttt, like he had long purty hair and he was lightskinned and he had a gangsta cali feel to him and plus he went to university of maryland, welL he yelled that when we yelled "HOWARD HOMECOMING BIOTTTCCH!!!" DARNIT.....gotta stop embarrassing myself so much all the time, went to my friend's room to chastise her about drinking beer though shes on a diet, and helped her with her problem by drinking a few heinekens...went to sleep at 4:30 happy and maybe a bit tipsy because i cant find my hat, OR ONE OF MY SHOES,and ive been calling everywhere trying to figure out where that ish is!!!! :? :? !...
AND I GOT a pedicure and manicure scheduled in about 2 hours so ill holla at yalls later, :lol:

It was like a typical friday if you ask me...It was thick as hell tho.:arrow: Wednesday: The dorm step show...thats always good every year :arrow: Thursday: The comedy/talent show...sh*t was funny as hell...The host ( somebody from BET ) was ghetto as hell, but real funny. :arrow: Friday: Greek Step Show was good. As always the step shows are way too long tho. :arrow: Friday nite: Homecoming concert. It was good, but better last year. I was disappointed lil Scrappy aint show up. I wanted to see him the most. :arrow: Saturday morning like 1 am: After the concert, went to a house party. It was live. Mad niccas there, and alot of weed and alcohol. Friday: class was cancelled cuz of convocation so i SLEPT!!!...Then there was the Greek Step show...Everyone's performance was tight...

oh and we won the game against SAVANNAH STATE (garbage **** team)

NEwayyzz ma homecoming was COOL as hell... but the grand finale was great because ma boyfriend drove alllll the way from grambling to come see me on friday til sunday :lol:
Sunday- Essence practice from 2 to like 8, bought ma homecoming street team t-shirt and got it spray painted... went to cici's nasty **** pizza
Monday- uhhhmmm what I do??? Aw yea the fake **** carnival with no rides... it was cool i guess. I got a free hot dog and funnel cake... it was thick as hell and ni99as were stankin! After I was at ma friend's guy's crib til 3 in tha mornin makin banana bread for my Caribbean Religion and Culture class.
Tuesday- Woke up late and aint go to ma 8 o clock class. Went to tha long as homecoming fashion show which made me want to audition for one of the modelin troups. Went to tha coronation ceremony practice.
Wednesday- I think this was tha dorm step show where ma dorms team showed they were to prissy to step... Paddyfote shoulda won... I would not shave ma head and make a mohawk for no step show, so they deserved to win.
Thursday- went to ma 8 oclock this time, Even tho I was up til 4 tryna rod ma hair cus I had the coronation ceremony and ball. I went to the coronation ceremony to represent the Chicago Club as Miss Chicago and then took ma **** to Popeyes.
Friday- no class because of convocation... ma boyfriend surprised me and told me he would be here by midnight. I went to tha mall, took careof some thangs b4 the concert... Went to the greek step show... I was not too impressed... went to the concert where young buck and lloyd banks acted ignit as hell! I was in the front row so I witnessed tha ignit stuff they were doing. afterwards I ran from gun shots outside the civic center. Met up wit ma bf at Chubby's... Went out wit him til 4 or so...
Saturday- Ok Im tired of typin....
went to the mall, tha game, out to eat, tha show, found a hotel
Sunday- got **** off at ma bf, he bought me a dozen roses a card and a stuffed animal, we made up, went to mcdonalds, he sat wit me in the lobby, he left, I cried a lil bit, went to sleep, woke up, talked to him, went back to sleep

comedy show--OFFFFF DA CHAAAAIIINN, aint never laughed so hard in my life especially when a Howard student threw her **** at the comedian from coming to the stage with the dreads...only at HU :lol:
fashion show---**** men are always good, especially ones with great bodies(and booties) and who can strip and grind on the stage and do headstands....woooosahhhhh ...and i was so glad my girl from school of B made it, the dark skinned one with long hair
yardfest-ok i must admit, whoever planned that was HIGH...it soo sucked, and as Howard people , we got so fed up with the acts we booed one miami rap group..and they proceeded to curse us out very FLUENTLY and threw a mic in the audience and almost knocked someone in the head....after him xzibit showed up and he actually was kinda good...the people who were SUPPOSED TO BE THERE WAS nelly, kanye west, chingy, fabulous, john legend, ll cool j and possibly snoop dogg , etc....the only people who came was like trick daddy, xzibit, i-20, lyfe jennings and alot of stupid unknown acts, and a lame pep rally...somone should shoot the yardfest coordinator :roll:
r&b concert--after waiting 1 HOUR AND A HALF IN LIFE, with my cute outfit, including my cute heels i showed in another forum, and after calling everyone on my contact list and bugging them while i waited in line struggling to stand since ive been standing in those heels all day, and my feet were GONE....the show was GUHHHHH-REAAAAYTTTTTTTT, it so made up for yardfest, when i got inside i was so excited i texted and called everyone on my contact list while the show was playing and bugged them.....JOHN LEGEND IS A CUTTTTTIEEEEEE , (even though he made the mistake of yelling "light skinned negroes is BACK"....NEGRO PUH-LEASE :lol: )and he tore it down, the man is talented indeed, and anthony hamilton was great and ALSO A CUTIE!!...DONT LET the music videos fool ya...man it got crunk in there on da real!.......r&b concert was the HIGHLIGHT 8)
REGGAE FEST---moonnn, we gun git dur at 2 AM in da murning mon!....stupid bomboclots made us wait that late and we arrived at DC tunnel, me in some cute jeans and my same shirt from the r&b concert....i shook and winded muh **** like nerver befoe, and i **** out da club sweaty from the rhythm of da beat mon....pure ENERGY...(soca still **** because noone except the trinis was feeling it and that ish gets annoying after a while :lol: ) im mad i couldnt take pictures inside but outside dA CLUB, and they took my lipgloss cause it might be a weapon :roll:
