Every since I got to FAMU, I realized that there are "locals" who are the local people who you can usually point out and tell that they don't go to school, and they seem to come to every event, always are on campus, and sometimes the ones who start trouble at different parties and all. Thing is, I know that back at home, most schools other than the JC's don't have "locals" like this, but maybe that's just because it's LA and most of the schools other than USC are in nice neighborhoods.
So does your school have these infamous "locals"? Or does your school do a good job of keepin them off campus? I know that FAMU is a completely open campus so they can come on campus whenever they feel like it and have no problems.
Oh yeah
We have Lil Joe..Now lil Joe like 50 and he been hanging out here for years im talking people parents know lil joe from bac in the day. Never seen him in class but he hear everyday. Get in the games free, eat free do what ever he want. Thas my boy thow he about 3'10 on the real

Don't know how "locals" and "HBCU" are but here at St.John's a very diverse school believe it or not have locals, dudes come in the cafe and play spades and cards, then you got the young guys selling bootlegs on campus, and last the weedheads looking for a weed spot, ON CAMPUS, shhh crazy, nyc locals are funny!!!!!!
So it is safe to say every single school has locals
Thas basically true, but I wanna know what kind of locals want to come to the cafe. Cuz I swear last year we had people in our cafe that you could tell didn't go to our school. Thing about it is the students don't even want to eat there so why would anybody else pay to eat there?
Yeah, there's cats from Hampton and Newport News that show up for parties and stuff, but the campus police make it mad hard to get on campus if you're not a student. Even then, they tend to stick out like a sore thumb. You can usually tell who goes here and who doesn't without much trouble. Holla!
Yeah we got locals, they are everywhere. They claim to hate the students at the school but yet come to every damn event we have. They cause all them problems. They aint locals, there ****, just hate'n cause we doing something big with our life and they messed their chance up. But its all good though.

USC does have a bunch of HoBo's on their campus...I dont go there but i have seen a few. I think it is because USC is smack dab in the middle of the hood. But whateva!
Del State has locals but they hold no weight what-so-ever on our campus. They mostly chill with the students from Dover that go here. But who actually pays attention to Dover kids. That is so Wack!!
