this isnt a beauty contest, but who do you think will have that star staying power, like clint eastwood and katherine hepburn and denzel washington when they get old....im going with angela bassett, cause with halle when the looks go noone will want to see her **** and then what will she have to fall back on?? crying hysterically??...

I lost a lot of respect for Halle too after Monster's Ball, but I'm watching Gothika now (bootleg) and I think it's pretty good. I think that she does have more staying power than Angela, besides I haven't heard from her in a minute. What was the last thing she did?

naacp image awards 2003- Outstanding Lead Actress(Tv):The Rosa Parks Story 2003- Outstanding Lead Actress:Sunshine State that rosa parks thing was on point, though, i think it was on hbo or showtime..anyways i saw it on tape...havent seen sunshine state but my mom said it was good

*smh* why do people keep saying they lost alot of respect for Halle since she playing in the movie monsters ball? It was only a movie people got-damn. Some of yall would have did the exact samething if yall was offered a good amount of money, but I dont think Halle did it all just for the money. She just proved to the world that she is a good **** actress. No matter what role directors give her, she going to play the hell out of it and do a good as job at that!
