I was wondering, when is it going to snow in DC, or about what month does it start to snow? I keep hearing stories from upperclassmen about how cold it was during the winter and about big snowball fights they've had. Everytime I check the weather out there and most of the time it's only about 40 degrees, which means I probably won't need to buy a heavy jacket because it would be a waste of money.
Personally, I more than welcome the snow...I can't wait...nothing was like the snow storm of winter 02-03...We was stuck in the east towers darn near three days!!! All I know it that when it snows, it'll be the first time anyone sees me visit the cafe...I'll be the one running out with a tray to use to slide down the valley hill!!!
