Im, a business major from Howard University, Management info Systems....if you choose FAMu, know that their business school is NOT ACCREDITED...i have heard about their program but only because some famu business students transfer over here after they hear about that...Howard's business school has the highest level of accredidation of ANY hbcu...so far..im not bragging its just facts ya know..thats why our school gets so much funding
but the school you choose should be accredited by the AACSB at LEAST!!!!(American Assembly of Collegiate schools of Business)CHECK out this site to find the hbcus that are accredited... http://www.aacsb.edu/accreditation/accreditedmembers.asp
and I suggest thats where you should choose what business school ya need, cause even some pwis dont have this accredidation :?
and yes blue and black suits are the only color but only for first semester lol for quanni
our site is under construction a bit but most of it is intact..go here for more... http://www.bschool.howard.edu
You can get a good business education at any of the following HBCUs -
Howard, Morehouse, Fisk, Spelman, and FAMU. All have placed their business grads with top corporations and with the top graduate Business schools. The question is really what campus environment do you prefer?
If you prefer a smaller campus with smaller class sizes then Fisk or Morehouse/Spelman might be best for you. If you prefer a larger campus with big time athletics then FAMU or Howard might be best for you. It is always best to look at the entire package (campus environment) of what a school has to offer rather than just who has "the best" business program!!!!
