I can agree with waiting. That is just crazy. As far as competing for attention, if you already have their attention. There is no competition. You just keep him thinking and curious.

I will have to agree with Kenya that we women do have our own slick ways of letting a man know we're interested.
Now on the other side, there though that there are a shortage of men is inaccurate. Men are there but in my opinion their upbringing has changed much over the years as is their views of women. Can you really blame them? I'm no surprised that men may view women as a simplay a play thing in instead of something long term. People know longer have self-respect or understand self-worth.

yupp...now technically men are supposed to go up to the girl, but cmon ladies. sometimes we dont notice ur so called "signals". i couldnt believe that when i left hs, i found out that 3 or 4 females actually liked me.heck i notcied them but if i woulda known somethin i prolly woulda tried to talk to them. one girl told her friend to tell me that she liked me AFTER i came to hampton.wtf? when a man sees a female he likes, he goes up to her and lets her know whatsup, not sit there and send little messages that she would harldy notice anyways.
is it consider the same if u have a crush on the boy and it so happen that u became friends with one of his homeboy who happen to take upon his self to tell his homeboy that u have a crush on him and they decide to show up at our house so he could check you out.
