" why they stare ". I have a sister who happens to have cerebral pausy which makes her have to use a wheelchair. As far as everything besides her legs shes just like everybody else. So the question is
WHY EXACTLY DO PEOPLE STARE AT LIKE SHE GOT A STAIN ON HER SHIRT OR SOMETHIN?
